Even after six years, the building has not been constructed! The builder is hardly taking any interest and there are few workers on the site so do not waste your money in this project because you are sure to regret it.

There are many of the home buyers that are highly insecure as they gain nothing out of solving cases of insolvency. There have also been many cases where the buyers who have taken loan are unable to clear the debt since they are not given possession of their flats.

The high maintenance fee here is simply not done because no one maintains the amenities and facilities that are avilable here! The swimming pool is dirty! The equipments in the gy do not work as well!

Purchased flat in Mantri celestia. Flat not handed over even after 1 year of full payment. Took maintainance charge for 1 year but handed over maintenance to third party and now they again asking to repay. No one pick up the calls or reply to emails.

Better avoid.

Under construction property. Close to Iscon.Has a upcoming Mantri Mall.Connected to the Green line metro station. .Reasonably rated.A huge space with a Party hall.2 swimming pools. An area of nearly 20 acres with all modern amenities. We cannot write more than 250 words as required by you.we have visited the construction area for a survey.

I'm not sure when do they intend to complete this project. It's already behind schedule by 18 months. They are not very prompt in responding via emails. I feel my investment is wasted with nearly 2 years of delay in possession and doesn't appear very promising for the future.

Mantri Developers is a well known builder.My sister has a flat from mantri. I totally loved the layout and housing facilities of the house. They have taken care of the spacious nature of bedroom as well as balconies. Her experience with Mantri has made me explore their projects and I might just end up buying a house of my own.

First of all, I am not believing on Mantri developer for whatever reason. They will call customer, they will trap customer, they will cheat customer, they will enforce to buy the flat.

I booked the flat on 4th March 2018 while booking the flat I told will let you know the flat number in 1-2 days, I informed about J1106 on 5th March .I booked the flat on Mantri terms and condition, I need to pay 3-5%, remaining amount I don't have to pay till possession. If Mantri would have told me about some other condition, I would have thought differently.

From 5th March 2018 till 20th June 2018, Mantri developer was telling it is in progress. Your J1106 is under process. I visited few times there, everytime it is informed some other reason, like My team is very slow, Madam is not available. I was forcing regularly for agreement . I went home on 20th June 2018, before leaving home, I informed Kiran. On 20th June 2018, Mantri developer told me your flat was of investor unit, they are not finalising the property, you need to pay 10%.I told will discuss with family and will let you know. I informed I will pay 10% at condition if my agreement will be ready, at that time I will pay the remaining amount. After that I was following on daily basis about my agreement. Everyday it had been told. It is getting ready, by next week it will be ready. On 8th August 2018, I had informed J1106 is not possible, because investor is asking for amount which will be difference of 7-8 lakhs . I need to pay extra money for J1106.My question is that what Mantri was doing with the customer for last 5 Months? Again I got new twist on 25th August 2018. I got to know Mantri had bought from investor, if you want to buy J1106, you have to pay extra GST, this Mantri developer is cheating with the people. If they don't want to sell the flat, why did Mantri engage the customer so long. Before booking the flat, Mantri webcity review is the worst of all, I informed Mantri about the review, they told it is incorrect. My last impression is that they are biggest cheater.

Story does not end here, it continues.

Once they informed me about cancellation of J1106 on 8th August 2018, I told will discuss with family and will let you know what I have to do. I went ahead with J1006, I told them I want written mail for going ahead with J1006, so that it should not repeat it should not take more time. Again started following everyday, everyday same reply what was earlier. One day, I decided to go to office and will ask for final things to do on 25th August 2018. They told story about the J1106. For J1006 they told I have to pay 15%, then Mantri will proceed to do the agreement. Once I calculated the amount it is not 15%, it is actually 20%.

My question is that:

Mantri webcity is your project, I didn't enforce you to do some concession, even I have not negotiated any price, what they told I agreed upon it, why did you take my so much time. It should come before booking the flat. Is it way from Mantri, how to trap the customer, how to befool the customer? How to make the money? How to treat with customer?

We booked our flat, listening to all the reviews from friends in bangalore and its reputation in 2009. But it has been a hell trying to get them to complete and hand over our flat to us. We were one of the first to book our flat. Its in A tower. They kept all these flats in pending while they went ahead and completed the commericial building first. In the meantime we were waiting for our flats to be completed, aishwaryasingh23ing EMI's and getting nothing in return. When we bought he flat, we thought we would partially aishwaryasingh23 the EMI's by renting out the flat when it gets completed. But they took their sweet time while we were running around their offices, spending hours trying to get the status on our apartment. For the last one year they kept our apartment without completing the wiring, telling us its almost done. Wiring can be done in 1-2 weeks max, but they took 1 year, that too with us constantly running around them every weekend.

Finally after hounding them like dogs they handed over our apartment in july 2018. 9 years after we bought the property. Almost 7 years after the promised delivery date. Not 1, not 2 but 7 years delay.

THATS HOW MANTRI TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS. LIKE BEGGERS ON THEIR DOORSTEP.

They still owe use more than 7 lakhs in monthly installment aishwaryasingh23ments as per the contract. And they keep postponing it from month to month. They have shipped all their answerable employees out of hyderabad and back to bangalore. Anything you ask the employees here, they say "We don't know, we are not responsible." OR " They are all in bangalore and they are saying next month. "

MANTRI DEVELOPERS ARE ALL LYING AND CHEATING ASS@#$LES

THEY HAVE CHEATED AND STOLE HONEST AND HARDWORKING PEOPLE LIKE US AND I HOPE THEY GET WHAT THEY TRULY DESERVE.

Government should have strict rules against such builders.

100% money taken by Mantri upfront. Buyers shelled out 20%& balance 80% via bank loan. Mantri promised a date but project delayed by over 4 years! Just imagine the plight of buyers who are paying huge interests on bank loans. Mantri has worked around RERA guidelines& is totally unresponsive to the pleadings of buyers. It cannot get worse than this. For all the awards they seem to get, this whole thing is a nexus& a scam.

I had invested in this project in a buyback scheme. They had promised to give the returns and clear the bank loan by August 2016. Till date, they have not been able to do that. I know of hundreds of customers who have been cheated on these lines.

Customer service is bad as the CRMs have no idea what they are talking about. It is almost useless talking to them. The building progress is pathetic as well. Already delayed by many many years.

Please do not buy any property from Mantri builders as they are no more builders. In fact they are one of the worst builders now. These commitments are for namesake. Despite of pleading and requesting them, neither they are providing our flats, not are they responding us with firm commitments for delivery. They do not even brother to respond. They have kept an EA who replies on their behalf and she never makes nylon firm commitments. Just to check about Mantri properties. check the reviews and status of all list goes on and you will not find even a single project which is delayed less than at least 3 years decide diligence while making and dealing with Mantri builders.

Booked flat in 2011 for delivery in 2014. Now we are about to enter 2018 and yet to get the flat.Arrogant and careless management and care a little for the buyers, who have fully paid and being exploited now. This company and management is not aware of two words -Service and compassion.

It had been a great nightmare to deal with Mantri Developerrs for their project -Mantri Webcity. I am an owner of an apartment in Parcel One of Mantri Webcity.

They promised to pay Pre EMI But paid only three four instalments. Now there is neverending assuarance - " we have some internal issues and will get back to you soon". Two years have passed but that "soon" never came.

They made an offer at the time of selling their apt that they will provide a Modular Kitchen with the flat. They did not do that. They kept postponing. We had to occupy and decided to make the kithen and requested them to pay atleast the minimum sum for their offer. They gave a CREDIT note of Rs One Lakh. Afet one and a half year we asked them to encash the credit note. But again the same answer - " will get back to you ".

Registration was done in 2015, but the car parking, for which payment has been made, has not been alloted so far, and one has to find a parking place on daily basis.

There has been seepage in one of the rooms in our apartment, for which we are run ning after their CRM( who keeps on changing) for last two months.

It is literally impossible to get any respons from their Executives. One has to be LUCKY to meet them by face to sort out your problems.

They have collected our hard earned money by making promises, which they never kept, and giving offers which they never made.

The intention of writing this piece is to save somebody, if at all possible, from falling in to the trap Called MANTRI WEBCITY.

I booked a 3bhk apartment with Mantri at the Webcity project and also paid a sum of Rs.1, 00, 000. Even after 2 months there was no developments in the paper work and all our requests to make minor changes to the apartment and the documents were declined. The draft document that was sent had everything in favor of the Developer and in case we failed or delayed a payment it would cost us dearly.

There was nothing holding the Developer responsible.

I discussed with my lawyer and he recommended that I get out of this project, since there are 1000s of unhappy customers in multiple projects of Mantri. When initially booked the apartment, they said if there were any issues on Mantri's side they would refund the amount immediately.

When I actually cancelled the booking, they do not want to refund the money and now say that they will only pay it back once they have sold that particular unit.

I will be raising a complaint with RERA and I'm willing to spend Rs.1000 for it aswell.

Anyone thinking of purchasing Mantri Apartments, please understand that they do not have funds and are waiting for your money to proceed. Eventually, they will go bust because of RERA penalties. Once they go bust, all ongoing projects will stop and all the customers who have put their money in Mantri expecting to get an apartment after a few year will be running pillar to post trying to get a legal solution. Trust me, Mantri Management will escape and the customers will remain unhappy.

This is my personal experience with Mantri developers, I had booked a flat in Mantri Serenity Bangalore in 2013 and the project was to be ready by 2016, they claimed a delay of 1 year and said possession moved to 2017, now in 2017 they have moved the date to end of 2018. Totally ruthless and unethical and to top it all unresponsive too.

To add to my vows I booked with Pre-EMI scheme(Full payment while booking and builder pays interest amount till possession), now they claim the interest will not be paid for the delay caused by them and hardly the payment is made on time, there is always a delay in payment.

Now that I want to sell the flat, they are not even allowing me to do so till completion, they have completely framed customers.

Humble request not to trust Mantri Developers, please do not buy properties from them, they are the most untrustworthy builders in Bangalore today.
