I made a mistake by investing in Mantri Navratna. it is the biggest financial mistake of my life. They simply not even bother to reply to you once you book the apartment, except for payment.


Their staff in Chennai Lokesh talks as if he is a Ladu labakku dass, doesn't even have the courtesy to talk politely with customer. the project is delayed by almost 4 months from 15-mar-2013 to 30-june-2013 and the Mantri staff doesn't give explanation for this delay. After coming in contact with one of my friend who also unfortunately invested in Synergy, I am worried about the quality of the construction. even GOD cannot save me from these money monsters.

Dear Dhana, I cant trust your information about the project, any project in the city is not on schedule at this moment, i have been to this site couple of times recently, it shows the construction quality is good and few blocks are completed. You can...always reach the management of Mantri any time to get the schedule date of the construction. Mantri has good credentials in the market on completing the project on time in Bangalore and Chennai, there may be a delay in few areas due to various reasons like unavailablity of workers, increase in material cost in Chennai. Overall you can't mistake the company. I request you to go meet the management and inform them about your concern. Thanks for the better understanding on this.
