Extremely delayed possession of Ira, Mantra

I'd booked the flat on Dec 2013 seeing the project is almost 90% completed in one of the properties of Mantra - Ira. Builder had committed the date as Dec 2014. we have now crossed dec 2015 also but till date the builder is not bale to communicate the final possession date. Instead of regular and regressive follow-ups builder is not replying on emails regarding the possession date.

Apart from this we wanted to add additional sockets but the builder is not interested to do it. We’ve been talking to them since we booked the flat. There is no facility / no additional things provided by the builder. All the builders residing in the same vicinity are providing with lots of things but this builder is interested only in taking money and nothing else. Please be cautious and take everything in written if you’re looking to book any flat with Mantra. Also there is lot of false promises done by the builder.

The tiles and the material shown in the show flat is not used actually in the flat. While booking it was communicated by builder that they are going to use the same material which is being used in the show flat.
