I have booked a flat at mantra moments, before booking the sales guy was very cooperative but after booking their language changed drastically. I had been chasing them almost for 6 months to collect documents for the home loan approval. Overall the office staff they call it as a CRM is very rude and non-cooperative. They even do not have manners how to interact with customer. They called you or receive your call only when they want to know the status of disbursement, other time they just do not care. For very small issues like getting the payment receipt I have to chase them for months.

Overall a very bad experience with Mantra.
