There is no progress in the project till now. They have not registered under RERA till now. Even consistent follow up after many years gives no results so beaware!

There have been several projects and typical land areas where the builders basically lacked poor construction experience. Many of the builders lack proper list of completed, ongoing and upcoming projects in their catalogue.
Not compliant to plans

There are many builder projects in pipeline whose construction is not as per approved plans and this leads to the buyer refusing to buy the plot or show keen interest in buying a specific project.

It is not worth investing with them because they only show you attractive brochures but the property is not as per what you would have expected.
Buyers charged more than provided

The carpet area is the standard area at which the developer is supposed to charge the buyer selling rates. However, this is not the case and they are charged more than provided and the additional parking space is offloaded under these rates by the developer.
Many big names in the Mumbai land space

Since Mumbai is soon turning out to be densely populated by the big names in the Bollywood and the Film Industries and also by some of the richest people in the world, more and more land that is very pricey goes in the construction of those villa and bungalows. This leads to many other houses been expensive in the nearby areas.
