These people agreed to pay the cancelled flat amount by giving me PDC cheques where all were returned back stating no fund. Its almost 7 years we are chasing for our money, and they have handed over the flat to someone else without our consent. My flat was in rowan park scarlet 11 A .I was trying to contact the person who took it from manjooran without our knowledge,

This is from my experience, we booked an apartment almost 10 yrs ago and the project didn't complete within the time limit and they agreed to refund. It's been 6 yrs still no refund and director Mr paul manjooran he isa fraud he won't pick up any calls so guys pls don't buy anything. its my experience

I got the keys to my home. It was a fact that project I invested was delayed. But, it was my wife who advised patience. I got my apartment and yes I feel home and safe. A financial crunch this firm went through was the cause of the delay but I would like to point that it was not seen on the project, the quality of the project is not at all compromised. Looking at my children happy, I feel the waiting was worth it. Anyways, for home buyers what my experience taught me was it is literally impossible for a middle-class worker like me to not depend on reality firms for our dream home. Delay in construction has become a common norm, but how long is the question here. Do not invest your savings on firms who run away with your money. We have a lot of examples, but there are firms who follow their commitments also. To firms my piece of advice is to focus more on admin and finance, with that, financial crunches can be easily overturned. I would like to thank the builder for saving the project and my money.

Don't invest in these people your hard earned money. Especially if project is not completed. They don't keep words and deliver it .

Manjooran Housing is a fraud builder in Ernakulam. This week they advertised to sell their flats in infopark at an all inclusive lucrative price of Rs 26 lakhs. Looks attractive. They claim that the flats will be delivered by the middle of 2018 without mentioning the carpet area. This is absolutely false only to loot the innocent their hard earned money.

The proposed land is not yet filled. Still under the category of wet land(NILAM) in revenue records. As per law filling wet land(nilam) is a non bailable offence. Secondly, they won’t get clearance from Fire and Safety department. As per news there are 77 completed projects expecting this clearance already. Manjooran project has no such infra structure facilities. They have not even applied for the Fire and Safety clearance. Not even started. Never will they get building permit and other approvals from municipality. Thirdly, they are not registered under The Real Estate(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016(RERA). Fourthly, their whole land is under mortgage with banks. They hide these facts from their advertisements.

M/s Manjooran Housing and its CEO Mr John Manjooran are very notorious for having cheated their customers. Very bad quality projects. These brothers viz. Mr. Joy Jo Manjooran, Mr. Paul Manjooran, Mr Jomin Thomas Manjooran and Mr John Manjooran are not at all reliable. No credibility. Their only aim is to cheat & loot their customers by false promises. They never tell truth even accidentally. Only telling all sorts of lies. CREDAI refused them membership. So Please beware. Don’t fall under these crooked third rated criminals. Keep away from them.

Manjooran Housing means cheat and fraud. No moral values and ethics. They are cancer of society. Several criminal cases already against them.
