No match with other premium properties within the same price bracket in Calcutta. This is a bad project, built by an inexperienced and unethical developer. Completely unorganised execution. Value of property here is declining, and there are no interested buyers in the market. My property here is available for sale for over a year, but it’s not working out. It was a bad investment choice. Do not buy any property developed by Goenka Realtors.
The developer’s entire team is incapable and inefficient. They are just greedy crooks, running behind your money like a bunch of monkeys.
Driveways are made of regular concrete, there is major issue with equipments and quality of work done, there are plumbing problems in all flats, car parks are finished in grass, apartments are not vastu compliant, STP and WTP are faulty, water quality is bad, main lobby and banquet air-conditioning systems are substandard, no proper maintenance facilities are available, garbage is dumped in open space, there is no ventilation in the elevators.
Not just this, but the developer has given us all substandard things, be it Samsung split air conditioners, non-RO water filters, bad sanitary fittings, and above all, there is no warranty on any of these. We are forced to keep spending money to get repairs and servicing done, frequently.
This project is a complete flop. Developer is simply interested in making profits.
