Hi,

Awaiting khata and tax paid certificate. Still not got it after one and half years and they aren't responding and if responding just telling some stories. Once you clear the payment they start the trouble by not providing the documents. Manager Subrahmanya ignoring the calls and his boss Keshav not even bothered about it and no responses to messages or calls. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all.

Appreciate the services offered by manani projects pvt ltd. Im satisfied with it, Manani team stood up on they commitment and land were legally approved. Best thing here manani projects peoples will give property documents to client before booking a plot or flats.

These peoples have projects in differernt places in bangalore region and gauribidanur industrial area . even price part also comparetevely lesser than to other builder. Best thing I will suggest you peoples who are looking for flat or plots this is the best builder to assist you regarding property in bangalore . even paper work also do by themselves . So im happy
