Biggest Fraud Builder in town.
We had booked a property in Man Opus on the name of Dr.Ram Keval Yadav Flat no.1601 in building no.1, Mira Road on 27th June 2020with a confirmation from Mr.Archit that the Occupational Certificate will be available by end of August 2020 as paper work was already cleared before Lockdown only the commissioner signature was pending.Unfortunetly like any other buyer we trusted him and transferred the initial token amount of Rs.4, 00, 000/-, But still we are waiting for the OC to be received.
As per them, the Municipal commissioner is delaying the signature, I am myself an Architect and post Lockdown I have four projects where OC is received in September October.I have started wondering if they have some flaws in their building construction that the Municipality is denying them the OC.
Now Mr. Archit has been disappeared since August and handed over our case to Mr. Subhash.
There is still no clearity from their side regarding the OC arrival, we unfortunately had to cancel the booking.
Now, the real game starts of not picking up the call delegating the work to
a third person.Mr. Subhash shared Ms.Vaidehi's number who took our cancellation letter in their site office at Mira road.Attached is a document for your reference.
Ms.Vaidehi shared Ms. Cynthia's number who sits in the head office who has never picked our call from the last week even after continuous follow up.
We would need a respond within one day, or else as per RERA rules we have to go legal.
I guess, we both would not want this.
