Hi,

Thought of booking apt with Malles Aashira. Went with the architect (he is a gold medalist having 20 years exp) for accessing.

1) Basic question he asked, show me the built up area calculation?(they are cheating 8.5%)

2) Promoting Aerocon brick we are using? He asked about demerit, no answer. He listed the benefits to the builder and asked them are you reducing price for customer?

3) I'm staying in Sholinganallur for 10 years, I know very much about that area. During the worst rainy season you have to book hotel and stay . In 2007, people used boat service between that area to Sholinganallur.

4) Future lot of robberies/issues will be there as one of the local guy told because of Slum Con Board.

Service was too worst and arrogant. Think 100 times before you buy in Malles.

Unfortunately there is no negative stars to rate this.
