Madly expensive sky high prices

Apart from some of the concerns like regulatory rules been in place to contribute to soaring high prices of the properties, some of the other reasons include an inflexible lease market that does not allow building and establishing credibility among the tenants and the owners.

Money making mechine!

Do not buy from this builder at any cost. They make false promises and take money from trusting buyers and fail to deliver even a single project. You will be naive to expect that you will get your hard earned money back and the interest rate that they promised in case the project got cancelled at the time of booking!

Very high rate per square feet

The land prices in the area have enormously increased to the level of not been able to cater to price range of basic needs that arise from people. Such land rates are not feasible. Many of the Properties are in high demand from NRI investors and as a result most of the inventory gets sold to such NRI investors.

High maintenance charges

The maintenance charges of this complex are higher than any other complex in the area even though those building also offer the same amenities like a swimming pool, club house, badminton court and firefighting systems and it is just not fair! The basic facilites like water supply is also not good at this place.

Infrastructure charged extra

Every year, it is seen that the buyer is ought to experience Rs.50-100 psqft price change and this has been increasing every alternate week on the infrastructure fees. This should not be the case and should change for the benefits of the customers.

Not hygienic

Nobody takes care of the hygiene of this place. We pay a huge maintenance fee and we don't know what they are doing with that because it is definitely not being used for the right reasons.

Customer service team is horrible.

It amazed me how ignorant their customer service department was and when I told them that I would like to see the approvals and licenses, they looked at me like they have never heard this before, so I decided not to make the deal with them.
