Please do not buy any Houses In Boisar nor Palghar, I am sharing my experience for buying in Boisar Project, . There is total cheating done Mahindra Lifespace, first MLDL has done very inferior quality construction of buildings, less the one after taking possession, in this year rainy season all Buildings at Boisar have developed cracks, water leakages, and not fit for staying, they constructed Buildings by employee local contractors who are local goons allied to MNS and done a very shabby construction of buildings, they employed these local goons a Contractors for Security and House Keeping, and were exhorbitant money for their support when building for looked after MLDL, latter after taking possession we all paid for one year maintenance and after one year these goons are billing avg Rs.5 lacs monthly and demanding Rs.35 lacs as o/s amount, they are threatening Society Chairman, Secretary and other office bearers, they have stoped water supply to the buildings, no garbage is cleaned, no security is provided and also not allowing us to appoint new Vendors, 24x7 these goons are holding us for ransom and demanding Rs.35 lacs for no services provided, our house are attacked and ransacked. Even the 7/12 extracts is not showing Mahindra Lifespace as owners, the title is defective and we are misguided, MLDLhas washed their hands off and not coperating in solving the above issues. The entire project and building is suitable to stay with family.

Please avoid Mhaindra Lifespace - Boisar, Palgar projects, in the name of low cost housing this absolutely cheating all the investors.

A dream of having a housewas shattered.I was unable to buy a house in Mumbai so I decided to by one near to Mumbai. Almost 60KM away from Mumbai.

Truth must be revelled. I am x-employee of Mahindra and I always tell people one of the best India company to work in India is Mahindra & Mahindra. But when it comes to Mahindra Happiest, I must say it’s not Happinest at all. I have been cheated with all the false commitment.

I know Sir at your level profit and margins are the most important things.

I really feel sad after putting my hard earned money. I just went with the brand.

Your personal intervention is really required.

My Sister was looking for a home and then we came across Happinest Palghar. I found this place worth buying with wonderfully designed and with beautiful amenities. I loved the project and would recommend if one is looking to stay at Palghar.

My brother wanted to purchase a flat as he is moving to Palghar. He was exploring his options and when he came across Happinest Palghar, he just didn’t want to think about any other options. He just loved it. In fact, he is always impressed with the Mahindra projects considering the trust they have built among their customers. But this project, in particular, is in a perfect location and provides all the necessary amenities. I’m so glad he found his perfect pavilion.

Mahindra Happinest is one of the best developers in Mumbai. Recently I have heard from one of my friend about Boisar project and then I visited their website to get in touch with the sales team was very much satisfied with the brochure their flats are very well designed no space is left empty the whole premises is too good and the surrounding area is also very well for kids to play and senior citizens to go for a walk. Prices are also very budget-friendly. Very nice project.

Mahindra Happinest is known for the great amenities they provide in their projects as well as the ample spaces on the premises. Happinest Boisar is an amazing project and the best part is, it comes with the trust of Mahindra. The construction quality is amazing and the amenities are also the best as compared to the other projects in the area. The homes are also built with great quality.

Mahindra Happinest really puts in a lot of thought while designing the homes. I really enjoy the huge balcony as well as the mindfully created spaces in homes. No space is put to waste and the amenities they provide in the homes, as well as the premises, are also amazing. I would recommend Mahindra Happinest Palghar Project for the people who are looking for long term investment.

Mahindra Happinset Boisar is a society for people who want to live a very comfortable life in spacious homes. The homes are well-planned and the lobbies on every floor are well-designed. The security is also great in society. You can let your kids play openly on the premises without any stress.

While hunting for an affordable home with specific comforts around Palghar I came across Mahindra Lifespaces Happinest-Palghar. It offers 1 BHK alternatives beginning approx. 14 Lakhs, Which according to me is very reasonable! It additionally provides various amenities, for example, indoor games room, finished garden, joggers track, cricket pitch, community hall, exercise center, and so on. To put it plainly, it is an inexpensive house with a couple of comforts.

Happinest Palghar is still under construction. I had a chat with them and they cleared all my doubts regarding the property. They have 1BHK and 2BHK options available. It consists of amenities such as indoor games room, landscaped garden, joggers track, cricket pitch, community hall, gym etc. All of this is offered at an affordable starting price of approx. 14 lakhs only. Quite Affordable!
