I hold Cine Singer SP Balasubramanyam & Core Mahidhara Team accountable for their misleading advertisement and false promises. I bought a corner plot of land at 750/Sq Feet, and after nearly 13 years of actively seeking a buyer, there hasn't been any interest due to its unfavorable location, being situated in an industrial area with the construction of a large godown nearby. It's been a complete waste of money. Had I invested the same amount in Mutual Funds back in 2013, I would have surely accumulated 60L by 2024 with a 12% return.

I registered a plot at mahidhara supreme classic and paid rs 2.85 lakhs as my contribution. Due to their poor service and commitments, i cancelled the registration and asked them to refund the amount. As per agreement they have to pay in 30 days. Almost 3 moths gone, they have not paid the amount yet.

I am not getting proper response on delay and there was no proper commitment to pay the amount back.

We can not trust them for long term investment on our hard earned money. Customer experience was very poor from beginning to end and full of lies.
