Rise in monthly maintenance

It is many a times the case that the builders have been constantly increasing the monthly maintenance charges and have been using that money to pay up for amenities that are provided as a part of the basic living facilities.

They lack ethics.

They lack ethics and we have to pay the consequence for that. There are officals threatnening to break down the building because of the illegal floor that they have constructed all the time.

Owners unable to find houses on temporary basis

During the phase of redevelopment, the builder promises a certain amount of rent reimbursement that can facilitate the basic needs for all the owners that are made to shift on a temporary basis. However, this is not the case and the owners are facing problems with relocation as the rent amount is delayed by the builders.

Allowed to sell houses based on the carpet area on

Unlike many of the times where the houses were sold on the basis of super-built up area, and hence unlike many of the times where the home buyers were buying house on the basis of super built up area will now be paying only for the actual area of the flat.

Amenities not assured

There are certain times where the very basic amenities are not safeguarded in the buyers interest and the buyer is kept on hold regarding its final possession but even after a stipulated time, these amenities are not handed to the buyers.
