Mahendra Homes, Bangalore

I recently visited one of Mahendra Homes' projects in Bangalore and was thoroughly impressed. The architecture and design were remarkable, with a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and functionality. The quality of construction and attention to detail were outstanding, using premium materials and excellent finishes.

What really stood out was the strong sense of community within the complex. The well-designed common areas and amenities provided ample opportunities for residents to socialize and bond. Our neighbors even helped us in finding the best interior designer in Bangalore. I was amazed by seeing their interior work on Instagram(@miss_interior_diva). I recommend this to all Bangalorians.

The location was also a major advantage, offering easy access to key amenities and commercial hubs.

Overall, my experience with Mahendra Homes was exceptional. From the quality of the homes to the thoughtful amenities and community feel, it ticked all the right boxes. I would highly recommend Mahendra Homes for a premium and comfortable living experience in Bangalore.

I am staying in aarna, I got possession on 2019 but still 2024 MHPL not interested to handover to association.

Also they hav added management fee as additional cost and now they are charging Rs.5 per sqft. We are struggling to get our basic need , no quality in water only MHPL tanker is allowed no tanker allowed.

Service is pathetic not good for the maintenance we pay. Quality service provider providing good service at Rs.3 per sqft.

I have 2 property one in Aarna and in Arto Helix. Since I have rented flat in Aarna. The OC is already given to me. It's internal politics of 2parties forming association. I believe builder can hand over to one association not for 2. I completely disagree with people posting wrong about Mahendra homes. S old building has some issues. To rectify that , we should form association.

Don’t buy a house from this builder; the construction quality is very poor, and the materials used are substandard. Many apartments face seepage issues, and the basic right to receive the handover of society seems like a dream, as we struggle for basic facilities while dealing with unfair maintenance charges.

He is quoting double price excluding his profit.

But in return he is providing amenities.

So what I suggest is instead of paying double price just to enjoy amenities we can buy a bigger size apartment in the heart of city itself.

(As I had little experience in construction field i calculated the construction cost of apartment).

So better don't opt.

I am a owner of flat here, Admin team is very bad after the registration is completed we observed poor service from them they are not lifting our calls. Do not buy home here, problem is with water and no cleaning of Apartment. Poorly managed project.

I am a owner of this flat in Mahendra Aarna. I have been here for 2 years. Maintenance is very high and poor maintenance by Facility management team. No association and also water is provided by owner who himself owns the tanker with hefthy charges.

After sales service is really very Bad Pathetic.

No knowledg on Project if in case if you approach sales person Abhinandan H R .

Sales team does not pick up customer calls once booking amt is received .

They ony look to fulfill their targets

This project is good in electronic city open space is more and construction quality is good and staff is also helping customer

Never respect tenants, once flat is brought. The management( Girish , Srikanth ) are not listening to complaints at all

Windchimes by Mahindra Lifespaces is a good choice for anybody searching for a property in Bannerghatta region. I have been researching this property since quite a long time and in my opinion, it, beyond any doubt, is magnificent. It offers world class amenities like badminton court, basket ball court, swimming pools, Amphitheatre, clubhouse, elders corner and the list goes on and on. It offers lavish 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats starting at 1.4Cr rupees. Even though it falls on the main road, it is surrounded by lush green neighbourhood. I would surely recommend this property to a friend or a relative.

We book 2 bhk flat October 17

They promise for 90%loan

If not possible they will refund back,

As per there promised they keep on wasting our time then after 3 months they told we only refund 50% amount of booking, there mistake and delay from there side why do we lose our hard earned money. Cheated us
