Building has apartment with size 1100 to 1500 sqft.

The location is near EPIP and ITPL industrial area. There are two other apartment complex by mahaveer group: mahaveer tuscan and mahaveer regal. There are two gates: one near a-block and second near c-block. Builder took longer than anticipated duration for construction.
