Mahagun who at one point was best among few choices in Noida, now is cheating customers with deceptive ads and schemes. I am culprit of falling in this trap Nd waiting for last year's for flat registration in Mezzaria. Maintenance is pathetic and huge money extracted every month with no accountability. Advise to new buyers. Don't fall for trap. It's our hard earned money. Rest is ur choice and luck..

I have booked a flat in mahagun Montage Crossing republik property in 2020. They had committed me to give possession in March 2022 on paper .

Now, they are keep on shifting the possession date.

Now the construction work has been stopped since may 2022 of the super structure. fortune tower is on 24th floor since 6 month. There is some issue going on related to MAP with the Ghaziabad development authority. They are keep on giving commitments to start work to all buyers. When ever I call they say next week work will be started next week work will be started. I don't know when that date will come on which date work will be started.

Mahagun is a fraud builder. They promised possession of flat in 2015 dec and deadline was sept 2016 but still we are waiting for possession. They definitely have done some fraud due to which gda is not giving them CC and they dont have any dates for possession. Kindly be aware of such fraud builders in NCR region, try to book flats with some good builders who can keep their promises.

Mahagun builder are of ghaziabad are very untrusted builder. My brother booked a flat of 2BHK by giving some booking charges in last year oct 2016. And they gives promises to us that you get a possesion as soon as possible. But till now we did not get possesion. They are a big cheater.

Only take booking charges from peoples and do false promises of possession.

Their customer services are totally worst and also staff courtesy is full of attitude. Also in booked flat they does not give the more facility like parking.

They only befool peoples so please do not trust on them.

Hello friends! I wanna share my trustable review on it. I am sharing only my personal experience on here. Firstly I whould like to say something about its budget, Its budget is expensive and charge too much money. Its contractors behavior is very bad and staff behavior also bad, Its staff is disgusting. Its customer services is very bad they never cooperate with customers.

Its implementation rates is so high and they never complete our work in time. I can't recommended it because its not satisfy me.

Mahagun - Ghaziabad is an average category Builder and Developers in Noida Extension, Ghaziabad. They are taking too much time too complete the agreed construction and they do not stand on their promise as they made in the agreement. But if any body consider accurately, you may found same problem with all most all builders of Delhi NCR and Ghazibad, so comparatively the position of Mahagun is  somewhat better in respect to Customer service as well as staff Courtesy. In regard to Product implementation rate, since it is slow, the customers will have to keep patience, but they will get success in due course, even may be some delayed. The builder have to improve their rate of commitment.

Mahagun is synonimus to ghun in hindi which means that they will promise your hard and start taking your money till you are frustrated and exahusted .

My friend booked the flat in 2013 and they have promised to give the possession in december 2016 but till date he hasnt got the possession of the same .

Their customer service is also not good . They will ask you the reapeted question all time as if they are unaware of the situation

I am very much sure that you should thik before you go for the mahagun builders .

I have booked a flat with Mahagunpuram phase 2 in oct 2014 and was promised possession in Dec 15. I wanted to buy a ready to move in flat but the marketing office convinced me to wait for an year and I got fooled by the fake promises, branding and advertisements. Till date there is no confirmed date about the possession and no communication regarding reason for delay etc. The Handling team is very unprofessional and the concerned people neither answer phone calls nor respond to the emails.

I am forced to put 1 star because there is no minus rating.

I booked a flat in Mahagunpuram Phase II in May 2015 and got a commiment of delivery in 2015 only and on paper Sept 2016. But still I am waiting for the possesion and they didn't even pay the penalty of last 2 quarters. Construction progress is too slow and no commitnent yet from their side. Pls look into this matter.

I have booked a flat in Mahagun Puram Phase II after hearing so many fancy stories about the commitment n quality but actually its 180 degree opposite.

I have been waiting for the possession of my flat but so many dead lines have passed n still I m not clear when will I get my flat.

Its so frustrating and only thing what I can do is to repent. Mahagu Management please fulfill yr promises n give a clear TDC for Mahagun Puram Phase II customers.

I book a flat in mahagunpuram phase 2 in Jan2014., they promise me to deliver my flat in dec2015. Then they have grace period of 9month and confirm sep2016 they deliver. Now April 2017 is also ending and I am empty handed till now and also no body knows when they deliver it.

Mahagun are one of the trusted builders in NCR they provide a nice infrastructure to live in, they are one of the giant builders who are selling their product on Brand name, they continously upgrade their quality and given something for the homebuyers to cheer on,

Pros-

Don't be fooled by Shahrukh Khan. Mahagun builder is unethical and will show no mercy to you once you have paid him. The problem is with directors of the company. Mahagun directors Dheeraj Jain & Amit Jain are poorly educated badly behaved brutes in their 40s who don't give a damn about your hard earned money. All Mahagun projects are mired in litigation and have been delayed by 3-5 years. Many of their projects like MyWoods(noida extension) are just stuck with no work going on due to court order.

My booking was in project Mahagun Mascot in avalon towers GZB. The building was illegally sanctioned by GDA which on later inspection was cancelled. Court has ordered demolition of the tower. Reluctantly my money is now stuck with Mahagun. I have met Dheeraj Jain and Amit Jain separately on two occasions; they have staunchly refused to return my money.

I had booked flat in Avalon towers in Mahagun Mascot project in ghaziabad. building plan was sanctioned initially by corrupt ways. On the basis of sanction I had taken loan from ICICI. Later in 2013 the building has been declared illegal by VC GDA Santosh Yadav.

I have met Mr.yadav twice. He says avalon tower is built on the setback of the building that is behind(the tall building in the middle of the project). Mahgun refuses to return my money. Have met the management 6 times in last 1 year. have sent him legal notice in September last year. but no reply. I am seeking legal action against this cheat builder.

I have experienced very bad experience with mahagun. I booked my flat in March 2010 and it is not yet handed over. I dropped so many mails to their customer care but no body was bothered to reply back.

When ever I called them they promised me that they will reply back in next 10-15 minutes.

I had invested in Mascot in Mahagun around 5 years back, my expectation & fear with the the real estate brand was really high as the prior investment was with BPTP Nahar paar in faridabad, with my limited saving I was stuck in BPTP as it did not start the construction even after 2.5 years had passed.

In such a mindspace I gathered my minimal saving & risked it again with Mahagun at Mascot, to my surprise the project allowed me to gain Rs. 1200 square feet from the time of booking to possession, the possession came to us on its own with a understandable delay, (as I had seen the worst :-)

The best part was the fact that Mahagun owner Mr. Dhiraj Jain on the day of possession for my Mascot as ai Was struggling with some fund issues to be arranged in the 11th hour he allowed me a grace for 2 weeks which was a great gesture from Mr. Dhiraj Jain.

Through this post I intend to make the worked aware that al Real Estate brands are not as bad. I have now reinvested selling my BPTP again in Mahagun Mywoods as my trust on the brand is high.
