Madhavaram Constructions at brindavan palms is very attractive and location of the building is also good and all flats are constructed on the basis of customer needs and every modern stuffs are attached to the flats. We can live here with no hesitation of any kind off awkward activity and bad peoples.

This building is always neat and clean how it should be the workers of this multi are very strict for the care of building.

By professional I am civil engineer and I usually visit to construction sites, this time I was at Bangalore for fun with friends, I visit at Madhavaram constructions project at hosur road name with Brindavan Palms.

Almost the work is covered I visit some of flats there from the entry to balcony all are in the perfect size, for a family these flats are the best, the space of kitchen, drawing room and bedrooms all are good, the moderation and interior of the flat was decent.

Last year I came to Bangalore and was searching for rented flats. Then I got to know about Madhavaram Constructions as they are a renowned name in the construction sector of Bangalore.

They provided me with a very good one BHK flat and I am so happy because I got such a nice flat on lease and the price is also very affordable.

I feel that this is the best construction company in Bangalore because as they have done their interiors of flats is very decent, and many of the amenities are available near flat.

I am from Kanpur and last year my cousin got admission in a college that is located in Bangalore. So we started searching for a suitable place for her where she could leave comfortably. We got to know about MADHAVARAM CONSTRUCTIONS and we took a small flat on lease. My cousin is very happy with that flat and she hasn’t faced any sort of problem in terms of the construction of that flat. Interior of the flat was very fine, parking facility is also there.

I am a Delhi based engineer and I recently got transferred to Bangalore for a few years. So, last month I came to Bangalore and started to search for some suitable place to live on rent. Through a lot of friends and colleagues I got to know about Madhavaram Constructions.

On inquiring, I got to know that they give fully constructed flats on rent and lease as well. So I took a flat on lease for the time period of three years. The flat is very good and it is centrally located and my office is a distance of just 2 kilometers.

The builder has not yet got OC for Brindavan Palms project. Even their earlier project Brindavan Serenity did not get OC till date. The price is cheap, considering other developers in the vicinity that's the only advantage*. Builder promising OC for last several months. Ask the builder for OC before you dream of a home.

The builder didn't  get OC for Brindavan Palms project even though they promised that they will get OC by March 2013.More than 15 months passed after project completion but didn't get OC. Moreover, lift is pathetic & from 3rd rated vendor; breaks down every hour and every day.Leakage in very flat. Really frustrated and disgusting

Brindavan Plams is Madhavaram construction's property. Builder who can't build just 4 floors with proper structure and with all the legal documents, how can he build apartment with more than 7 stories. Go and check his other properties like Brindavan Serenity. Half of the building of Plams is not approved by BBMP. Also I doubt if its foundation is strong enough to support 7-8 floors. In his other apartments people are struglling to do paper work. He is not able to provide OC to the flat owners and hence they are not able to get Khata. Now builder is openly saying that he has done so much of deviation and hence he can't get OC. He has built a separate floor altogether for himself in Brindavan Serenity with two big flats which is not approved by BBMP at all. He is very clever and shrewd. I got angry when last week I visited his Brindavan Palms as I was interested in buying flat. His sales person was not even aware of half of the things and he was not able to answer my questions. Fortunately he told me about Serenity and he was admiring this project. So immediately I went to this apartment to get some feedback. People in this apartment asked me to stay away.

People having black money should go to this builder but not the ones who have earned money with so much of hard work to fulfill their dream of beautiful house. Bangalore government should do something about these builders who are real cheaters. They come from other state to Bangalore with all the black money they have and try to double their money by fooling innocent customers.

Why dont people check the builder's review before booking a flat?

Why there is no organisation to keep a check on such builders? And no action being taken against cheap quality work done for high price?

Madhavaram is also one of the cheater builder who just want to sell flat based on a good finished model flat and later you see your own flat at a C grade quality and finish. And then you are not left with any other option.

But I am seriously hurt. I booked one 2bhk flat as a gift to my daughter and her family. I am repenting to gift such a c-grade thing. There is no day when there are no complaints and they keep repairing one or the other stuff that was poorly done by builder.

No quality of either floor, paints, railings.

Anyone can walk in to their ready apartments/flats occupied by other people and can see/enquire the quality to get the reality of quality and work done.

I do agree. Finally someone wrote about the facts behind this idiot builder.Please dont invest your money with such idiots and dont be another victim as I am.

I also got cheated. Initially I planned to buy a flat in sarjapur with a top class builder. However after looking at the number of flats in SJR, RMZ I thought it would be peaceful to stay in apartment with less no of flats.So dropped the idea.

Walking around the area, finally I got attracted by Brindavan project and also it was just few months away from the completion.

At that time I asked about certain bad finishing in premises then I was promised by builder that everything will be finished neatly in final touch of the apartment.

But after the building was completely constructed I was shocked to see the finishing of the flat.

Every here and there cement is peeping.v.v.v. third class finishing.

After shifting with my family I am regretting a lot as no one listens to our complaints.

They remember and value customers only till the time of buying flat. Once you buy the flat, you are NO MORE existing entity for them. They have poor quality material.If you check the fittings and all in bathrooms, you will find some local fitting material [ which certainly differs from the name mentioned in agreement]
