MR proview is a big builder, have many project in NCR, they have good land bank but they haven't fully delivered any project in ghaziabad, they also known for their wrong commitment, like they never delivered their project on time, it is because of the involvement of many directors, they purchased bigger land patches and try to develop the whole chunk, i.e is the main problem of their delay, if they developed in phases than they can deliver their project on time, their officer city project is now on the verge of their partial possession, but it takes almost 8 years to actually deliver something in rajnagar extension, now their construction work is handled by L&T so one can assume that the paused work get on time.
Pros-
1.Site plan is decent for the Officer city Project.
2.Location is fabulous, corner side plot with 45 meter road on both end.
3.Maximum area is in the middle of the society with great landscaping plan.
4.Constructionis not bad but can say its a value for money option.
Cons:-
1.Book on your own risk, as they have a long history in delaying possession.
2.Don't buy in CLP plan as they can stop construction work anytime.
