Lokhandwala is a cheat. He delays on his construction. Does not fullfil most of his promises. Does Illegal stuff. Blackmails flat buyers..

If you value your money do not go to Lokhandwala.

If you buy a house in a building built by him, be sure that the construction will be inferio and delayed, you will not get the OC for your building even decayed after you start staying there You will not get safe corporation drinking water,

As property prices appreciates, he will ask for his pound of flesh.
