Lok Housing and Construction Limited, Mumbai

Hi everyone,

So the thing is I booked a flat in ambernath which is built by the then famous lok builders and the year I booked was 2012. And I am still waiting for the pocession and my wing is A-9 which is still under construction and I will attach a pic of my building. So those who have any plans of booking a flat with this builders please stay away from this fraudesters, even they have projects in mumbai as well. We flat owners done many things like filed case in court created n number of whatsaap groups but neither helped to pressurise builders and somehow the construction is going slow now, some of the wings got pocession though after long struggle. Hope I also get by next year or so. To be honest the quality of construction is good but the timeline of pocession is the major issue, look in my case only already 5 years since I booked. But I will strongly recommend not to buy flat from here if its underconstruction.

Lok housing is camparativaly economically and location choice near by minimum distance and

lok housing using good material and amenities space wise construcion good material quality and Lok housing is doing good publicity and advertisment for purchesing the flat with parking facility for all
