Fantastic views, the place is full of Greenery. Nearby railway station but still not noisy. 24 hrs water BMC water facility. Club house, nearby sports academy, just at walkable distance from Pipeline road, school nearby, petrol pump near by.

There are many projects that are currently under construction and have not been built as per the load estimated. This has led to many buyers having a lack of credibility among the buyers who now unsure as to whether to invest or not.

This place is made near a dumping ground and this causes a lot of stench and it is causing us irritation and headaches.

There are cracks in the ceiling and the fittings are also a problem. We did not expect this from such renowned builders.

There are many apartments which lack proper care and attention to the many of the housing related issues like the furniture not been in place and the door not been closed properly. This should be taken care of so as to help other buyers move in.
