As a civil engineering student

These group of construction company is just outstanding I have personally visited to some sities of lodha group of builders so as to collect information about the technical civil terms and to be very honest they are just awesome the workers the engineers are hard working.

Lodha group also give chance to fresh engineers who are passed out. Hope so I will also get a chance.

The spacious and high standard flats of lodha group enhances the standard of living.

I tell one and only word its trustworthy .on the grounds that house is one of the thing that is stay till ur life.and I should say that lodha manufacturer fabricate pleasant building and uses great quality crude materials. Really my close relative purchased a working from lodha manufacturer and she approach me to purchase me as well. so I am thinking additionally to purchase a working from lodha gathering .and I should say that everybody ought to purchase from lodha developers. Hi friend I wish to share my experience about this builder because I have visited one of the site build by the lodha  builder that site was lodha city.When I went their I have seen the construction quality was excellent . Secutiry in side the lodha city  was very tite and also facility provided by the lodha builder in his construction site was excellent.and the builder is very time bound .Delevring flat  to his customer most of the time very timely.And also plantationin side the lodha  construction site is very good .facility  of the playground for the children.club for the old people in side the site security for the ladis in side the lodha city was excellent. and also transportation and other facility like bank and onther nesesary thing are avalable near by to the lodha builder developed site .

I tell only one word its dependable .because home is one of the thing thats stay till ur life.and I must say that lodha builder build nice building and uses good quality raw materials. Actually my aunt bought a building from lodha builder and she approach me to buy me too. so I am thinking also to buy a building from lodha group .and I must say that everyone should buy from lodha builders. It is my opinion only so please think about lodha builder after read my review. thank you .

LODHA is one of the biggest and popular group, i am though just big fan of this group.

Few years back thy started one project with name "World one " which is first largest resedential apartment in world who's possession date is 2018.

I must request ppl to view their aprtments with latest facilites they provide, club, italian marble flooring, video door, gymnasium, swimmingpool, amenities are good, rates are also resonable etc.

Lodha group has lots of projects all over Mumbai and Pune. They are the first to come up with worlds tallest residential tower in Mumbai which is located in Worli.

They also has strong stake in the market and their projecta has also involved lots of architects from abroad.

I have been to couple of their projects and they have a systematic approach and they do take care of their clients.

I was excited to visit the sites of lodha and I visited many sites and I really like that

I visited a compartment and I just took a eye on a flat and it was superb with a good interior and the cctv security and the location was also good

I visted the office and I got a good response from the group and I also like the work of construction

the workers there are well experienced and having a good knowledge

Being a resident of Mumbai I have faced the problem of traveling in a local train of Mumbai. Hence my uncle from Gujarat recently shifted to Mumbai for his job in Andheri at Chakala.

He recently purchased a house at Lodha eternis Andheri from where his office is just 10 minutes walking.Location is not much good because it is surrounded by slums but really speaking the house of Lodha eternis is best in all aspects such as location, space, interior, CCTV security etc. Also there build quality is very good than other builders.

There service & facilities are awesome. Their rates are high but worth according to extra service they provide to their customers. I had a weekday stay at uncle's new house where my son enjoyed a lot.

Hello frdz.lodha group is the Fun work place with supportive management. Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop. Decent amount of red tape and politics, but this is expected of a big company. The most enjoyable part of the job was working alongside my colleagues and learning from them.

The office started to get crowded as the company grew and it was more difficult to get to know the new people. There was a lot of variety in what I did each day, ranging from the monotonous tasks to new projects that were challenging and exciting.it is the one of the best growing developers.

‘Lodha Aurum’ alias ‘Lodha Aurum Grande’ alias ‘Lodha Celestia’ – 3 Names 1 project; I shall refer the project name as Lodha Aurum for ease of understanding. Let me start with the location – Located approx. 3 kms from Powai next to Kanjurmarg Railway Station, off JVLR and the Eastern Express Highway, the location of Lodha Aurum is ideal for a residential complex, an unexplored gem of some sought.

You wonder why Kanjurmarg as a destination has had the privilege of not been eaten up by land sharks for so long and having acres of green space. Well, back in the early 80’s Kanjurmarg had earned the reputation of being a burrow for criminals. Naturally Kanjurmarg was not a popular destination with home buyers. Given the constraints of the plot let me tell you the overall layout is quite good. The open spaces are quite enticing. The distance between the buildings also seems to be good enough for sufficient lighting and ventilation. The project also boasts of some very good amenities which are plotted well in the centre.

Everything seems to be ideal except 1. There is a commercial complex right in front of the project and Lodha has tried to pitch the product as a walk to work concept as well, however privacy could be an issue on the lower floors.

Possession delayed from sept 24 to July 25 then they are not sure about it, the work is still slow doesn't seems they will deliver it before 2026.

I am sharing my experiences to all my colleagues don’t buy Lodha Homes . I am very angry with you guys Because I am sending you an email that a relative of mine is coming, you should be allowed to come inside. As soon as you get the email, you people start clarifying whether it is a relative or a tenant. After that you send me the tenant KYC form and payment QR code sir, first pay the maintenance charges After that we will tell you whether your guest will come inside or not. I want to know if I send you an email, will it have any value or not? And my guest slept outside all night because of your terms and conditions. who is responsible for it. All of you knew that the vehicle was parked outside but you all were asking only one question, Sir, bring the documents. Can the documents be made at my home? You tell me, I will bring them. And secondly, how can your office be closed until the problem is not solved? If I am taking responsibility for any person then why are asking for documents again and again even after email? If I am sending an email must be counted first.Lodha homes like blunder and too much tension in you life in the entire life then no one help you either customer service or your society services or near Lodha Group they just listened and ignored. So please be careful for your future investment.
