I do not know on what basis Thanveer_Shaik given this builder/firm 4 star?
my self and others are victims from libra avenue Libra Shelters Private Limited- Hyderabad who invested here for best construction, value for money and so many things that is committed by its managing director cum engineer cum architect cum supervisor Mr Chelapathi Rao at the time of price negotiation and registration. After this our night mare started and till now we all are suffering from his childish, short tempered behaviour.
it is now almost 3 yrs most of us invested but this libra avenue project is in never ending loop and we are not able to shift into our houses. This is because of poor and unplanned management and planning of Mr Chelapathi Rao. Now on asking for possession Mr Chelapathi Rao giving reply take/shift in to your house in whatever condition it is.he will do remainig work later but when do not know.
some 3 families started living there but they badly suffered from poor construction of builder like water leakage from bathroom, not fitting of windows, water cipage from walls, flooring gone on first rain itself in all houses even after repaired.
if u argue him about quality of work done by him, initially he will tell I m having 50yr of experience in this field, I m using best material, why I listen you I m having 50yr of experience in this field.after that for most of the people he used abused word and tried to hit them also. This builder is just pathetic and emotionless kind of person.
what is the use of best quality of material if end product is not satisfactory.
till now no facilities developed by builder except common building which he only using as office and godaam.
if bathroom tiles over he will keep some other tiles without asking you.change the white wash colour without intimating you.he is not having skilled person for different jobs like plumbing, electrician etc.he will some temprorary person to finish this work that person will complet the work upto some level till he get the money and left the work in between may be because of builders behaviour.resulting we all suffering.
now because of latest rain floor of almost all houses gone down.what kind of construction he has done do not know?
please do not invest your money here.first visit the site see construction level.do not belive on this builder.
one more thing if u r planning to take loan he will pressurise u to take from LIC and he'll say you that u can take loan from any other bank.if u take loan from other than LIC/HDFC than during any point of time till possession he will every time tell you that you are creating problem for me since begining.
