LGCL stonescape has to be the worst Villament in Bangalore, it looks exactly like a pillaged rundown, site and the builder claims he has completed it and moved on to the next, as a resident living here the LGCL ppl are arm twisting the owners and not even providing basic facilities like security for their premises, it's a place festered with snakes and unused construction material, this our last ditch effort to try and salvage of what little serenity that has been left of this place .... Wilfred is the contact person who is the main man's faithful servant, Girish Purvankar is a fruad and so is his team ....

Hello all, this is genuine review of the company and if still u wish to buy a property with this developers their won't be a greater fo0l than you are and below rated 5 stars are paid or by marketing people.

1.if you have already booked a property than consider your money is struck forever with this people they won't return your money

2.All the projects are delayed by 8+ years and still they are not committed to complete the projects and hand over the units

3.Do observe their construction sites its a no mans land, not even a single worker/engineer will be on site.

4.financial status of this company is pathetic, they don't make payments to vendor, suppliers and contractors, don't know about employees.

5.Quality of the project is disastrous, they do not follow quality protocol and compromise on construction of quality works.

6.Marketing and CRM people will butter you to purchase the property do not fall for that. Ask for construction schedules and progress of the project, take a civil engineer along with you for visiting their properties if you know any.

Projects in North Bangalore and in East Bangalore are delayed over more than 7 years now. please don't even think of buying these projects. They even treat their sales employees very badly they just remove them by not paying their salaries. please note the status of the company.

Very important note PPL here whoever has written good about company are their own staff members..

I work as a software professional in an MNC in Bangalore, and I wanted to buy a luxury apartment in Bangalore and looking for trusted builders. Some of my friends recommended LCGL properties for their sense of aesthetics and the value they have created over a period of time for the property investors.

The property price was a great fit for my budget and the final product came flawless. There was a dealy in terms of project possession but the value from the date I bought vs the value today, im glad that I made a bet right with LGCL.

The Projects team were friendly and helped us have right kind of information about the project throughout from the booking of the apartment to the possession date. Ill recommend any future home apartment buyers to speak to the LGCL excecutives directly about any project related questions. With our experience, they have been always a helping hand.

Hi,

We had bought a villa in stonescape and have already paid tall but the last installment. They are extremely unprofessional and have been delaying the handover for almost 3 years now. There is no construction work going on site and no response from the management. When asked for other home owners details they say they cannot share. Is there any one else who have bought a stonescape villa? maybe a joint voice would help us to push those guys to hand over the property. Any help is appreciated

P.S: I would have given a negative star review if possible

I did not have the option to post for LGCL Stonescape n hence have posted on LGCL Happy Days. it may help the readers!

LGCL folks at last have completed less than half of the total individual units and have handed over to the owners. Yes, you read it right, after 6 years from the actual date of completion, we can see less than half of the total individual units completed!

Club House and other amenities is still a distant dream. The owners who took possession tried all our bit to help them out of the mess however nothing has happened thus far. So called responsible people in the company do not respond and even if they respond, they have clearly stated "No Money" to complete the project. so one can imagine where all the money collected has gone! They have even collected TDS amount from me and still have not remitted and now they are dodging and not owning responsibility. They have sent a communication stating that they will pay the TDS on my behalf and hence do not withhold the money and now they are asking me to pay the same! What a_ set up. MD and CEO is not accessible and does not want to entertain speaking to customers. in most business. we say customers are GODS. in LGCL's case they have swapped D and G. in turn wants to pretend like a Dictator by instructing his team to just ask customers x lakhs y lakhs and if they don't pay we will not get the property registered for them! The initial estimates were skyrocketed at the time of possession and we were literally forced to pay a fortune to take possession! This is the level of professionalism. Even people within the system is helpless. not to blame them. and now they have got so influenced by their boss that they too have started speaking just like their BOSS. overall. it has taken a big big toll on all owners and now we are all trying to make this place better in all aspects! my advice to all who want to buy any new projects of LGCL, feel free to contact me for 1st hand experience of this wonderful con(m)pany!

This builder will never keep its promises. Once you buy flat with them, they will trouble you like anything. I will advise buyers to avoid this builder. Otherwise you will regret through out your life. They indulge in unethical practices.

They do not have money to execute their project. They will take all your money and you will be running behind like a mad. They do not have safeguard investors interest at all. You will have very hard time after booking flat with them.

Guys have really been fedup with LGCL. Dont go blindly booking with them. Talk to them asking for their existing project status. All delayed and no clue when they will be delivered. They will show two completed projects but thats it. Both projects were delayed more than 2-3 years. So if you OK to pay the entire amount upfront and forget about it, then you can go with LGCL. But if not then forget about this builder. I am a buyer in one of their projects and have been having nightmares about my money which I have already paid in full and still 3 year on the project is no where in completion.  Hoping they will deliver after another 4 years of delay, honestly this is where all the buyers expectation stand. This is a review from a buyer deceived by LGCL and that is the state for all the buyers.

Lot of positive reviews below are paid reviews from LGCL. They refer to apartments, which LGCL did not deliver apartments until recently. Secondly the positive reviews below have a common pattern which makes me believe that one of their sales guy trying to just keep adding positive review. So would suggest you get the facts by talking to LGCL directly to find the status of their current projects and also existing buyers who will give you ground reality check on LGCL. They ask for full amount even before project is kind of nowhere else threaten for cancelling the booking. As a result the buyers are losing out on interest, no compensation, paying existing rent. So its a huge loss for LGCL buyers. My only intention here is to warn you before you go ahead with LGCL. Get the facts before you invest in this builder.

I got an estate in LGCL last year.I feel i'm sufficiently fortunate to get a such manor without any issues. I as of late moved to Bangalore from U.P. I would prefer not to stay in leased houses.so I pre booked my home 3 years back and I needed my home to be prepared before I move. I took solid guarantees from the developer and I was continue taking after with the development process. They postponed couple of days to handover the documents.but I do comprehend as it is an enormous procedure includes with the administration organizations and etc.but some how, I'm sufficiently fortunate to got an issueless home. On account of LGCL and Thanks to Bangalore too to welcome me in another home.

The company is worst, doesnt give posssession till you die.total 15 ongoing projects, only 1 project handed over.

All Engineers who work in LGCL are illeterate

1.Bhaskar, A project manager of project called lgcl beautiful world, he is an DUMPhole, illeterate, doesnt know english, dont have technical knowledge.he doesnt know how to read drawings, doesnt know how to add, sub, multiplication, division.

moreover dont buy property in lgcl.till you die the project wont be handed over.the construction method is unprofessional

  • My property is delayed at least 4 years in delivery.



  • No one in the company ever replies to mails. At best people will call and give an excuse, nothing on mails but.



  • Customer relationship managers keep changing, employees quit. Employees request customer's help to escalate to seniors.



  • The promoter when confronted by a group of buyers at his office initially acted like a "starling" but later chickened out of the discussions. Personal promises made are still unfulfilled, showing incompetence and apathy.



  • Endless snag list after delivery which there is no hope of fixes.



  • Poor security arrangements for residents and below average up keep of property.





Do not buy from LGCL if you value your peace of mind. In general you will get average build quality at a premium price, unacceptable delays, poor customer relations and service, property that is never completed and finally living with poor basic amenities like water and sanitation.

One of my very close friend who had recently book his villa with LGCL beautiful world project, he was very impress with communication and all legal documents.

I trusted my friend and book my luxury 3bhk apartment at hsr layout and its worth the price.

Stay away from LGCL if you want peace of mind. The only project they have delivered is LGCL Ashlar and the rest of them are in various stages of'incompletion'. Take Bamboo Forest for example, the project has taken more than 5 years and continues to be incomplete.

While a couple of them have moved in, the common amenities are yet to be completed. Luminaire again same story and add to it it was in a legal mess. The management is incompetent and non responsive once they have your money. If you don't trust this review ask anyone who had booked Bamboo Forest or Luminaire. I know at least a couple of them in Bamboo Forest and Luminairre who are fighting LGCL in courts.

Bottom line you care about your hard earned money, keep a very very safe distance from this developer. They have launched apartments now and some other projects with some schemes but be assured getting your house delivered will remain a distant dream at best.

I have been searching to buy a good Villa for sometime in Bangalore. But it was hard to find a property which was actually value for money. Thanks for helping me find my dream Villa.

Overall a great experience dealing with there organization which is really making a Great property buying experience with an unmatched customer service which I guess is ingrained in all staff as the right LGCL of success. The communication was beyond my expectations and I plan to use their services in the future.
