• My property is delayed at least 4 years in delivery.

  
  




• No one in the company ever replies to mails. At best people will call and give an excuse, nothing on mails but.

  
  




• Customer relationship managers keep changing, employees quit. Employees request customer's help to escalate to seniors.

  
  




• The promoter when confronted by a group of buyers at his office initially acted like a "starling" but later chickened out of the discussions. Personal promises made are still unfulfilled, showing incompetence and apathy.

  
  




• Endless snag list after delivery which there is no hope of fixes.

  
  




• Poor security arrangements for residents and below average up keep of property.

  
  

Do not buy from LGCL if you value your peace of mind. In general you will get average build quality at a premium price, unacceptable delays, poor customer relations and service, property that is never completed and finally living with poor basic amenities like water and sanitation.

Well, I have been in constant touch with your teams for 3+ years now, you have still not delivered on the promises made specifically to me or about the property. What use is it to reply on a website, you should focus your energies on resolving issues...in your projects. Call your customers and fix issues proactively. You people asked for references and testimonials recently, I and everyone else who heard this felt this was a joke. Not one of the customers I spoke to has given a testimonial in response to your request. Please work harder on the ground and directly with your customers rather than replying on forums.  Read More
