The property is quite prone to disaster and there are no safety measures, which is quite risky. Also the construction is of bad quality, which is what I do not like about this place.
Do not get to use the common area equally.

There are many cases where the buyers just unintentionally come up with unrealistic deadlines in their written offer implying that the agent should further propose to reinforce a suitable deadline which also additionally gives the agent a control.
Transportation is a problem.

It is high time now that the buyers start vouching for basic amenities like proper food and electricity connection in addition to, connecting road and safe access to drinking water. I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do not agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!

There have been many cases where the land title has not been clear due to its division in many parts. These are the parts that are known to be completely unknown to the people around. Added to this, there is also a poor co-ordination model for people to follow up with.

By buying this apartment you get flat which is located as per your choice on any floor but no right onto the land on which it is constructed. So you are not becoming owner but it is improvised 'salami bhara' agreement. One shouldn't buy any flat unless undivided share of land is also transferred to the buyer and there is no interference of builder subsequent to sale of all flats. But here builder will keep coming and do whatever he wants as he continues to be the land owner post sale.
