They took money 5k as an advance amount with a false promise saying that it would be refunded if you didn't buy the plot. Finally, my amount was not refunded. Shankar Jathot(sales manager) is a fraud.

I Loved your Legend Sujay project, a really very good interior, and exterior design just can't stop loving it. The ideas used to make it are just unbelievable, to have it to be is a dream of many people. Words are not enough to describe it and talent. It's an inspiration to many builders, about the new ideas used to build it. So in my opinion, if you are thinking of buying a villa in Bangalore then you should go with Legend Sujay. thank you.

Their maintenance fee is really high and if it was a fair deal we would not mind, but they do not take care of the amenities and facilities, so we wonder where are money is actually going at!

I will never recommend any one to buy a house from these builders! They are a known name in the industry and they provide such a poorly constructed house! Me and my family are so disappointed!

In an effort to encourage many of the interested buyers to buy and invest in the properties, the government should nudge the banks to provide some of the many kinds of leasing plans with the option of buying. This will enable the buyers to not give many second thoughts to purchase.

They did not handover the house in the time that was promised and they did not even pay the monthly penalty that you are supposed to pay if you do not handover in time!

There are many cases where the vendors are reluctant to hire an advocate that can effectively and fully provide the conveyancing service in hand. And even if the vendors agree to hire one, most of the times they just fail to hire advocate with relevant experience.

There have been many projects in pipeline that have been stipulated to be completed on time, but since it is the developers that are not actively involved in launching new projects, this leaves a great possibility of many of the residential units to miss their completion deadlines.
