Ridiculous demands

After taking the entire amount; they demand 10 lakhs more at the time of possession, even though the possession has been delayed! They should be paying us money and here, they are the ones making demands! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Due to improper garbage disposal the building is infested with rats. The hygiene of this place is very bad and it is starting to effect our health!

The building is a high rise one and we were alarmed to learn that they do not have a fire fighting system. How can they take the safety of our lives so casually is beyond me.

Delay in possession!
