In online Website's they are promoting their land with multiple ad's but when I visited their one of the Layout near Dodballapur, it's agriculture Land on which someone is growing crop's.


They are telling it as DC Converted with DPA Approved with'A' Khata, which is totally fake.


I noticed that DC Conversion land should be with E-Khata & not A Khata but over phone they confimed it as A Khata.


After showing land and other land document they will ask to pay Advance of 2-3 Lakhs and some people trust them & pay it as they show future plan's of layout.


Kindly do not trust and invest in their land as they are totally Fraud.

Hi, Why do you feel they aren't genuine? I mean most. plots are first agricultural land, then DC converted and sold. Hence asking. I too am interested and my lawyer mentioned that even if it's agricultural land, documents should be pakka. Mor...e than 50% houses of locals in Bangalore are revenue/agricultural land and there is no issue.
