Delay by a year

Review On Landmark Nest, Bangalore

My experience has been pretty bad with delay in construction almost by a year though they claimed 90percent completion about 10 months back leading to higher emi. I had trusted that it will be completed by July 2023 but now it is April 2024 and no proper updates on timeline by anyone.The sales person Pradeep has stopped responding to calls , the engineer Malar Mani does not respond or provide updates properly.I had to visit multiple times and push for completion. Please do not listen to what sales person say also they donot provided MD number or email or allow to meet anyone above them.Pathetic service my landmark nest Malur road. Their MD doesn't even call or speak to customer who is trying to reach , he says do not share my contact details with anyone. This is what his staff has informed me everytime I asked for number what sort of a builder is this.
