Land Craft Developers, Ghaziabad

Landcraft is definitely a big name in Raj Nagar extension as they were the first to offer possession of their Phase 1. But since then there quality and fulfillment of commitments have fallen. The new flats of Tower 16, 17 and 19 are below third grade quality. There is seepage issue, maintenance personnel behave badly(even with ladies at home), no proper amenities provided(though committed at the time of sale), no security(although they charge maintenance equal to any other big society), club is 5 years old with no maintenance, no proper road and even street lights are not installed.

I am a resident of tower 16 and I am really really disappointed from my decision of purchasing a flat in River Heights.

And also the interesting part is that the builder have a team of people who keeps putting good reviews in favour of the builder which are definitely wrong and incorrect.

I have good experience with LAND CRAFT DEVELOPERS it established in 2006 as a part of GARG GROUP, working from more than 5o years in the field of Education and Publications. So you can say that its more reliable than other Developers.

I would like to say that there is no matter of establishment of company but its matter of our satisfaction, so this is very good because I have booked 2 BHK and I have got Possession without any delay of commitment time which was committed by company.

As I would like to inform about customer services, is very good and more satisfactory than others, Land Craft Personnel have a good strategy to talk us, they are very down to earth and polite in nature.

All Staff are good and well educated the are always trying to resolve our issues and make a good relationship with us. All are the supportive nature.

If we are talk about there project they have a good project which are reliable and durable one can believe on it and buy it in their budgets. Land Craft Developers.

No words to explain. Love the way the appartments are facing and built. Very big lobby is in between tha flats means the common space is very big. Only four appartments on each floor. Excellent ventilation in flats . Excellent location. Play school Inside the society itself. Shemrock play school one of the brand. Very efficient and quick solution to each and every problem. Plumber and electrician are available within a minute after a complaint. Worth living worth paying. WOW place to live.
