I was an employee of LANCO INFRATECH LTD, GURGAON. After serving for more than 5 years when I resigned from the company, my dues are not settled till this date, that includes my gratuity payment. Moreover the income tax is also deducted from my unpaid dues. Since last 20 months I am continuously sending the mails / sms but NO RESPONSE.

Similar to me there are other 1000 employees waiting for their dues. Moreover they are recruiting new people with high salaries & paying there present staff salaries & increments on time.
