They don’t own their responsibly, Totally lack of ownership from the builder.


After couple of months still they are not able to provide the electricity meter bill. Whenever we call they give the silly reasons. Customer care support is good for nothing. Builder don't respond to any of emails. which is frustrating. If tomorrow BESCOM people come and remove the electricity who will be responsible for it?.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and regret the inconvenience caused to you, will do everything we can to perfect our services. Its our duty to fulfil members requirement and our commitments.
But its a duty of BESCOM they have not yet done, even though we have not let things go, we have being following up continuously, we can expect the things will be resolved in couple of days.
