Pathetic builder and nightmarish experience

Dropping this review in public interest so that others don't get scammed, conned by this builder.

I had booked the flat during pre-launch in April 2011, and to this day still waiting for the keys to my flat for which I have already paid 95% of the amount.

Have had multiple meetings with no other than Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain himself who has given us many many assurances, promises and target dates, none of which were met.

He has never had the courtesy of talking about any compensation, on the contrary he has been threatening folks who have tried to make media and social media aware of the issues with this project.

I for one will never ever buy in any of the projects by KUL.
