Kumar builder is no.1 cheater. I made big mistake by investing my hard earned money in KUL ecoloch, Mahalunge project. Very poor quality construction. We are fighting for good service since 5 years. Even after doing multiple follow ups, kul team is unable to resolve my issues. All amenities are far from completion. I have given my flat keys to building supervisor for completing few incomplete activities in my flat as I was going to US. After coming from US, those activities are still incomplete, now that supervisor is changed and new supervisor don't know about my flat keys. Very unprofessional team. Entire team gets replaced once in a year as all customers keeps coming with complaints every week and with new team we have to summarize all our issues once again. It's very painful. All reviews with more than 2 or 3 star are paid reviews. Kumar builder has appointed team to publish good reviews online.
