Review On Kumar Builders, Pune

Booked flat at Kul Ecoloch, Mahalunge, Phase 2 in May 2013 with promised possession date of Dec-2016.

Paid almost 50% amount. But there is no progress. Yet plinth is not ready for 22 storey building.

Phase-1, promised date was Dec-2013, yet those people are fighting for flat possession. No amenities are ready in Ph-1, except children play area,

Worst builder. no ethics. Made biggest mistake of my life by booking flat here.
