Let down for the buyers

I had invested in their project as I was told that they are the reputed builders in Pune and unlike the smaller ones dealing with them will be worry and stress free construction for the buyer. Also they are excellent on quality and commitment. This was the only reason I decided upon the premium price they charged.

But Alas! it was a not the case. Starting from construction, possession, handling complains, completion of project and seeking solutions from the buyers for issues reported (i sometimes think who is the builder)they did not meet the expectations.

Many of the bare basic things are not in place.
