I visited to Kumar Builder’s corporate office, which is located at Bund garden road, opp. Shangrila garden. I had a 2 hour discussion with them about their completed, ongoing, upcoming projects. Then I brought KUL ECOLOCH project on the table. I asked them why the negativity of this project spread like a wild fire in Pune. No one wants to trust you.

Then how I decide to buy a flat from you after watching so many negative reviews. They said only one thing – Commitment. We don’t make fake promises. We deliver what people are looking for. We strive our best to give dream home to the people. Same in Kul Ecoloch project, we did our best. No one saw our hard work that was put on this project. Our competitors tried to topple us. But we have had faith in our work, so one can make us fall down.

After listening everything, I ordered them to show me all the papers, including legal documents, their financial documents, their investors, and more. They presented all these things in front of me. Everything was like a transparent glass – You can clearly see what is going inside. I told them, I will not pay any hidden charges, I need correct documents, and I need the possession of my flat on time. So, I booked my flat in Kumar Sansar in Kondhwa and got the possession of my flat on time. The quality of the material they are using in their construction is above the standards. I am provided with great amenities. So, I have to say only one thing, my experience with them is good. And I suggest them to the other people too.
