Review On Krishna Homes, Bangalore

Had purchased a 3BHK flat on February 2015 in their Phase II project of Krishna Mystiq. The price appreciation is very good and is close to the main road. The kind of amenities they are providing is worth the price. This is as good as purchasing from any reputed Brands such as Shoba, Ozone etc. Quality of completed work in some towers of Phase 1 is very good.

There is a delay in handing over the property from promised March 2016 to tentative December 2016. But the kind of pace we are seeing in the progress I guess this would even go to 2017. Also there is no penalty promised as on date by the management of KEPL citing land strike. Do not know any builder who has completed the project as promised by them in entire India(may be few houses would have been given before or on promised date). But problem is the communication between the management and Owners could have been better and up to date so that owners know what is the progress. Since there is limited communication on the actual event there are high rumors(not sure its true or false) which are floating which is leading to such negative publicity of this project.
