One of the pathetic builder who just bothers about money. They have taken our more than 90% money saying  possession will be given shortly. Now they are not at all ready to meet with us.Work progress is very very slow and no hope for at least one more year . Avoid this builder.

I have booked flat on 2014 with the promise possession will be given by Sept 2015(with grace period of 6 month) but don't she any hope to get before 2017. They have mentioned about penalty in case any delay and now they are not at all ready to meet with us neither ready to talk about penalty.
