Would like to share how Krasa Developers, Noida has ruined our career.
Krasa Developers(Noida) visited our Amity college, Gwalior, to recruitment fresh talent for their upcoming Rs 600 crore project i.e, KRASA CENTRADE in sector 140 and hire 12 student including me for sale profile for their office in Noida. So, we all 12 shifted to noida within 1 month to start our career.
One day the electricity of our office was cut by the office owner and we came to know that Krasa Developers had not paid the rent of the office even after several reminder by the owner. All office staff was direct to assemble in building entry door to protest against owner. I feel very embarrassed.
1 month after joining, during salary time, world goes upside down for us. AMARJEET TANEJA, director of krasa developers planned to fire all of us on ground of non-performance. ‘’what the f—k’’. Does this man was expecting from the fresher to sale his Rs 600 crore project in 1 month.
Now it was more than a month but we didn’t receiveed any salary. He should understand how much it cost to shift from Gwalior to noida and he was planning to fire us by not give us salary. So, finally after 40 days they give us 50% of 1 month salary and ask us to leave the organisation.
I want to ask some question to self claimed director of Krasa Developers AMARJEET TANEJA;-
1) You talk about Rs 600 crore project and don’t have money to give salary and even if you give that is after 10 days of the completion of the month. For what you are proud yourself and claim yourself director?
2) If you don’t have money than why you hire people? Why you ruin their career?
3) Why is universal definition of director?
