IVY ESTATE UMANG PREMIER B2 POSSESSION Delay

I booked a Flat in IVY UMANG PREMIER B2 Building in OCTOBER 2015, according to the agreement, Possession was due in DEC 2017, however, Builder is unable to keep the commitment.
Now they are projecting the possession in April 2018, and the revised date given to RERA is SEPT 2018.(which means nearly 9 months of delay)
I have tried speaking to customer care representatives of IVY from more than one month but it seems like they  are not responding my emails.
Verbally they have refused to pay the compensation, they are also, not telling the reason of delay. One of the Representative gave me very weird reason, he told me that the delay is due to GST .
If we see the progress reports from builder it clear says that for the entire year 2016 they haven't worked in B2 building, while they were able to work in all other buildings
I am surely going to register complaint in RERA and go to consumer court as well. Its a clear case of  commitment failure and bad service, we all must raise the voice against wrong.
Those who are suffered should come together and fight for our right and let justice happen.
We should not tolerate any injustice for our rights and neither Builder can drive us how they want to.
