I have been cheated by Kolte Patil. I bought a house in Margosa Height. Kolte Patil charged separately for car parking lot and in exchange provided so called car parking space too small to park a car.


Upon asking them to change the parking lot, they are asking us to trade up and pay additional money to get a car parking lot. The staff are well trained to cheat the home owners. They agree to change the parking lot and re-allot space unfit to park a car.


Its a scam developer and I will urge to not buy house with this builder.


The walls have seepage and doors are swelling up and not closing. The wood used to make the door are so inferior quality that the doors are not closing.


Poor quality material used to build the houses.

I totally agree with the comment, I have got a similar experience. They are taking the customers for a ride. I also agree that the staff are given special training for cheating the customer. They are rude and do not how to deal with the customer.
