Please beware of Kataria Builtek as the after sales service is very worst .

Anyone interested for any project from Kataria Builtek, may come and check with the residence of KB Ecocity .

Once you are done with the payment , they will not bother you at all. they will behave like they are donating the flat to you .

So, before taking any further step think twice.

And last, but not the least, beware of the marketing guy Mazhar.

Once again I request people to come and have a check with the flat owners in KB Ecocity, KB apartments etc

Buyers & Investors:  Be very careful before wasting your money towards this builder. Not much to say, just come to Ananth Nagar phase 2 and visit KB Ecocity project.

Do not believe this posts, just come n see n meet any flat owner. And remaining I leave on u. Beware of marketing guy Mazhar.

My first experience with Kataria was not so great. Anyway as I have purchased the flat hence, I do have to stay there.

I shifted in May, 2013 and I am thankful that they have just delayed only 2 months while other take many more months and some take even years.

In first month, there was lack of amenities and a series of pending tasks. But later Kataria completed all pending tasks very quickly and precisely. I do like to thank Kataria for his timely completions of pending work and attention towards their customer.

Apart for small and little issues, everything else is satisfactory. This is what I can say a good value for money. I do like to recommend someone Kataria because of following reasons.

Hi All,

If anyone is planning to book any apartment of Kataria, then please come to the existing K.B.ECO CITY at Ananth Nagar Phase-2 Electronic City Phase-2, Huskur gate.

Below are the salient features of the apartment.

1.They were on their words.They started GYM, Swimming pool, children playing are.

2.Very good place to live in.

3.Co-operative support staff

4.24 hours security.

I have purchased a flat in KB ECO CITY. I will recommend to other one for this Builder. In starting some issue was there same like with all new apartment  but it was resolved very quickly. The one good thing about Mr. Kataria is that he is always available if any one(flat owner) want to talk with him. In my view Mr. Kataria and his company is very much trust-able.
