Review On Kanungo Group Of C, Mumbai

As our building needs renovation so we decided to give contract to this builder as it is the only builder in our area and is very popular. The cost of the contract was too high and the way he implemented was not good. Also he promised to finish the work as soon as possible. But now after seven years the renovation haven't been completed. The main problem is that the builder has less labours and that too they are lazy. The builder don't visit the site regularly and this makes them feel free. Also the workers takes too much holiday. So work is very slow. Also we had complained many times to builder but he just keep on ignoring and told that the contract if cancelled then the money is not refunded. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder.
