Thank you Kanakia Spaces for helping me find the right home for myself and my family. I love the place where I am staying as it has wonderful surrounding with great residents in the housing complex. The security at Kanakia Spaces is excellent and the entire project has CCTV cameras for safety reasons. I am so glad that I purchased a house here and will highly recommend people who are looking for a new home to get in touch with Kanakia Spaces.
Never expected Kanakia Space to turn out this way!

They are one of the worst real estate companies to deal with. I regret my decision of purchasing a house here with Kanakia as the carpet area which was promised is not the same. Ever since I got possession of my flat, the team at Kanakia started to avoid my calls. Their entire management is a joke and they do not even care about their clients. Never expected Kanakia to turn out this way!

If you are looking for a house that is family-friendly and spacious, Kanakia Spaces has definitely got you covered. They are one of the best in the business and provide you with apt information related to buying a new home. They also have a very well-trained team that is committed to great customer service. I have recently moved into the home at Kanakia and I am having a great experience so far. Everything in the housing complex is very good and really up to the mark.

I have been living in one of the project complexes built by Kanakia Spaces. My house is not what I had booked as it is smaller in carpet area and home features. Upon questioning the management at Kanakia, they just keep saying we will solve your problem and get back to you soon. Even the building that I am in has so many major issues. The lift does not work most of the time and there is a lot of dirt everywhere in the building. Please do not blindly trust Kanakia Spaces.

I genuinely thought that Kanakia Spaces would be a gamechanger in the real estate industry. It just my misconception about them. The home that I am currently living in has a lot of maintenance issues. I have asked the staff here several times to fix these issues but they do nothing about it. When I spoke to the management, they started to ignore my requests and never even bothered to get back to me. I am so disappointed with the entire Kanakia team for being so unprofessional.

Kanakia Spaces have created a huge blunder in building homes. They are not true to their words and are only scamming people while selling houses. They advertise luxurious things and amenities but upon moving into the house I booked, I noticed that the entire housing complex has so many issues. The building is also infected with insects and no one is doing anything about it! I tried to calmly talk to the staff here but even they really don't care. This is very disappointing and I will never suggest anyone deal with them.
Kanakia Spaces I'll not recommend them to anyone!

There are many brands in the real estate industry that only look promising from the outside. Kanakia Spaces is one of them and they are definitely not worth even a site visit. I have had the most unsatisfactory experience ever since I moved into the house that I purchased here! The parking space provided for each home is very small and if you own a big car, you will not be able to park it very conveniently. Also, the residents are very unhappy with the amenities that are offered in this housing complex. I am regretting choosing Kanakia Spaces and will not recommend them to anyone!
Please avoid Kanakia and never trust them

Kanakia Spaces is a terrible housing project that I have never come across. This real estate company only looks good from the outside but is the complete opposite. I had purchased a home for my parents who are old thinking that they would be here comfortably. The house they are staying in has plumbing issues and the management is not fixing it for a long time now. I am very disappointed as my parents have to face so much trouble because of such unprofessional people. Please avoid Kanakia and never even think of buying a home with them.
