Dampness in the wall

Review On Kalpataru, Pune

We are residing in an apartment in Kalpataru Estate Phase  II, Pimple Gurav, Pune. First of all, the possession was delayed by 1.5 years and it has been just two months since we have moved in and the washroom walls started leaking badly.

We are tired of requesting the management to fix the issue. PFA are the photos of the wall showing the dampness. I have no clue what needs to be done next :(.  Highly disappointed.
