The corridor area that comprises of a mix of old and new constructions has a considerate amount of land of atleast 70 percent that goes in the build up of corridor.

The staff does not know how to handle basic questions related to real-estate. Obviously, we could not trust someone who has such a bad customer service respresentative.

Their pipes and drainage systems are not well done because of which we have to bear with a horrible smell that is sickening. Also there are other areas of the building that has not been looked into because of which there have been so many problems caused.

There are a number of cases where it is seen in the under constructed houses that are ready to sale projects in the future with deteriorating flashing problems. This is an indication that there is material deficiency.

There are many under-construction projects that lack a proper finish to the overall housing and by many it is considered as one of the basic most structural defects in the basic designing. This needs to be improved since many projects are better.

While Kalpatru claim themselves as a reputed and from different leagues of builders( Oberoi etc), they are very unprofessional and try to sell the inventory by giving wrong verbal commitment. Conditions will be different at the time of signing the agreement and if you don't accept those conditions, they will aks to forfeit your 10% advance money.

Please be extra careful and get everything in written if still you want to go with them.

I bought an under construction flat from Kalpataru Serenity and 4 years later I found out that they sold me a cheap flat in the name of Premium Housing.

The floors leaked, the bathrooms smelled, the tiles were cracked and the electricity was not insulated.

They refused to let me inspect the flat with a professional architect and I had to register a police complaint against them.

Both the Bombay and Pune staff were intimidating us into submission and rejecting any of our grievances.

I am in a court case with them, and I wouldn't advise anyone to invest in Kalpataru at all.

You will pay 20% more and be treated like a second class citizen if you complain.

They also control the police in the areas of their business and they will not take any action against this builder.

This is the worst company I had to deal with in my life.

As this is another new good apartment and while surveying I got that it can be a good location as it is near the ocean hence there is cool climate while there is 1, 3, 4 bhk available so there is more space for each family member if you are 4 persons more family member more space ocuupied so this is my review if anyone is planning to have his own home this could be your dream house.

NRI customers will not buy from this co as they have no sense how to ask for pavements due. No considerations

given to overseas buyers. Horrible customer service . They chasing like you owe them money for months and you have made a mistake by being there customer .They delayed constructions and get away with it by small prints in there agreements but if you late Interest is charged. NRI THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING

It would be ideal if you have appropriate due industriousness when purchasing Kalpataru properties. I purchased my first property at Kalpataru Harmony, Wakad yet encounter has not been incredible. Love place close to nature. Like dream come true.

Perfect location. With all needed facilitys, national stander school like vasant cigar, or lokapuram public school, near by a Viviana mall the Asia S big mall, neat jaslok hospital, and within 5 minutes you can tuch to essten express haiway. Close to neelkantheswar mandir, . All those things are like dreammmmm.

Please have proper due diligence when buying Kalpataru properties. I bought my first property at Kalpataru Harmony, Wakad but experience has not been great. They are comparatively much costlier at least by 20% with not much difference in construction quality. Also customer care is too slow to address concerns. Not so good quality hardwares are used in flat and passage too. Also in few cases, crack are developed after 3-6 months on wall and silly reasons are given for same. Even core cutting for ACs fittings are not done as per requirement and one need to spend extra for fitting Split ACs. Do not get fooled by Smart sales staff they will forget you once you make payment.

I had worked with this buider for there thane project. They are very professional. Project quality is very good. They had used very good quality of material and good quality of interiors. I love the work of this builder and they r trusted people. Even payment shedule of kalpataru are one time. So new contractor can work with them very easely.

Completely aurocratic attitude. Delayed possession by 1 yr, car parking by 2 yrs, club house.

And orther amenities more than 3 yrs- no society formed even after 3 yrs- Charge very high maintenance- no resoponse on questioning- lot of society issues but no one to hear- such builders should be arrested and put behund bars.

I have booked a 3 BHK apartment in Kalpataru Crescendo in 2015 and now after 7 years builder started giving possession. Recently my family visited for inspection and found cracks all over and dirty apartment, not even deep cleaning is done, by look of the flat it didn't look as expected. How can you call for inspection before possession in such a condition. That means management has no concern over quality and customer satisfaction. Staff doesn't respond in time . You have to remind many times and no clear communication. I trusted Kalpataru and booked flat without even looking at the property. So far we visited once during construction but I was wrong. Kalpataru is also like one of the local builders . U cannot trust at all for quality etc. My advice is to be very careful when you choose Kalpataru for your real state needs . You may be disappointed with the service and quality both. Seems Kalpataru management doesn't care at all about customers even in this kind of market.

It offers a very planned and systematic building solution. The societies are well thought with club house and all other required amenities in general like:

  • Swimming pool



  • play area for kids



  • society maintenance dept



  • planned parking



  • basement parking



  • lifts and connected terrace



  • well maintained garden and plantations



  • track for jogging and cycling



  • skating rink



  • library



  • community hall



  • billiards , TT, Movie theatre etc.





With the primary focus on the quality of house and very hood fittings and spacious rooms, more or less offering you good deal of amenities.

However considering the brand name Kalpataru, it has become too expensive over the time. Real estate as a market is growing how ever the brand name factor adds to it and super shoots the price at times, which is the case here.

Having said that its a good opportunity for people looking for growth intensive investments.

Kalpataru is one of the well-known name in housing sector, it has built various buildings in Mumbai.

The paper work of Kalpataru is clear and provides clearance on time.

Kalpataru builds many flats in a compound and provides various facilities like club house, swimming pool, tennis court and beautiful garden. Kalpataru has in house small hall where birthday parties and other small functions can be arranged. There is ample open space where elders can walk around the compound area and remain fit, where for kids can play around and do various like playing cricket, cycling etc.

Sales staff of Kalpataru is supportive as they provide clear information of the project and facilities availed in that project.

Rooms of kalpataru are relatively small as compared to other builders flats in Mumbai.

I would recommend if you are looking for house in Mumbai can go for Kalpataru.
