Very bad attitude and behaviour.

Review On K Raheja Corporation, Mumbai

Hello friends today I will share with you my experience with K Raheja Builders in mumbai. I and my family had a plot in bandra west and we wanted to construct a good and decent house there. We wanted to give that property on rent once the construction was over. Thus we chose to give the contract of the construction to K raheja builders.

CONSTRUCTION-

Well before the start of the construction they told us that it would take about 10 months for entire project to be complete. But however it tool about 1 year and 2 months, about 4 months extra.

WORK-

As far as there work was concerned they used very poor quality materials like cement bricks and plaster of paris ( pop) . We even objected against this but they denied it completely and did what they wanted to do.

COST-

The entire cost for the construction as told by them was 16 lakhs ( in INR) but there were a lot of verbal conflicts on this as the company started taking undue advantage and started asking for more and more money.

Conclusion-

I would not recommend this company to anyone, as they have a very bad attitude and they never see what you actually want.
